If brewing hot tea:

1. Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil.
2. Add 1 scoop of tea into the teapot infuser.
3. Pour the heated water into the teapot.
4. Steep no more than 5 minutes.
5. Strain tea leaves, or take out the infuser from the teapot.
6. pour into a mug and enjoy.

7. For extra sweetness, add sugar, honey, or sweetener of choice.

If brewing Iced tea:

1. Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil.
2. Add 1 scoop of tea into the glass water bottle.
3. Pour the heated water halfway into the teapot.
4. Steep no more than 5 minutes.
5. Strain tea leaves, or take out the infuser from the teapot.
6. Add ice and fill the water bottle with cold water. 
7. pour into a mug and enjoy.
